An explorer in the deepest reaches of the Amazon suddenly found himself surrounded by a bloodthirsty group of natives with little tiny heads hanging from their g-strings.  Staring at them in total disbelief, the explorer said quietly to himself, "Oh God, I'm toast."

Suddenly there was a ray of light from the heavens and a voice boomed out, "No you are NOT toast!  See that man with the feather in his headband standing in front?  That's the chief.  Quickly now!  Pick up that stone at your feet and bash in his head!"

Before the natives could react, the explorer picked up the stone and proceeded to bash the living daylights out of the chief.  As he stood over the lifeless body, breathing heavily and shaking with exhaustion, the explorer looked up and saw that the natives were shaking their arms and brandishing spears and their feet were pummelling the ground.

The ray of light appeared again and God's voice boomed out, "Okay, NOW you're toast!"
